S&T Enterprise is a Dhaka-based construction solutions firm. We rent and mobilize heavy equipment, supply genuine spare parts, run heavy and over-dimensional logistics, and take on sub-contract works — the unglamorous middle layer that decides whether a project finishes on schedule.
Our work sits inside some of the largest infrastructure programmes in the country. We improve the supply chain around them, raise operational efficiency, and build environments that let our clients get on with engineering. The structures we help create give clients more than buildings — they deliver outcomes.
Alongside that, we hold the Bangladesh partnership for SoilBinder® from Dutch Agro: a liquid soil stabilizer that turns the ground already on site into an engineered road base. It is faster, cheaper and markedly kinder to the climate than importing aggregate by truck.

Sixteen years with Huawei Technologies Bangladesh Ltd., the last of them as Senior Manager, Taxation — where he implemented the Integrated Tax Compliance (ITC) programme covering corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT and permanent-establishment risk.
In parallel, active in construction equipment solutions since 2011 across a long run of Bangladesh mega projects. Trained on international taxation policy, tax audit risk and global digitalization in Shenzhen, Malaysia and Thailand under KPMG, EY, PwC and Deloitte programmes.
