Evaluated to AASHTO and ASTM standards. - Diluted 1:32 with sweet water; 14.5 fl oz of concentrate per cubic yard of soil. - Used with a dry additive (cement, lime, LKD or CKD) at 2–4% by design rate. - Mix compacted at 98–102% of optimum moisture content. - Design depths: 20 cm light traffic, 25 cm medium, 30 cm heavy. - Cost: 15–30% cheaper than traditional road construction; eliminates imported aggregate, the sub-base layer and brick soling. - Speed: roughly 50% faster; ~3,000 m² stabilized per 8-hour shift with a modern equipment train; road open to traffic within one to two days. - Durability: roads last 2–3 times longer than traditionally built roads. - Applications beyond roads: compressed earth blocks and bricks, gravity retaining walls, stamped-earth housing. ## Reference projects - Priyanka Runway City, Dhaka, Bangladesh — live SoilBinder demonstration on two roads: a 150 m road on sandy soil (30 cm treatment depth, open to traffic on day two) and the 110 m Chairman Bungalow Road (completed in three working days).
